Sleep accessories including mattress toppers, mattress protectors, mattress encasements, pillows, wedge pillows, sheets, duvets, weighted blankets, and any other soft good accessories are not eligible for an exchange and must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Can I return a mattress topper if I can’t repackage it?
Most customers are able to repackage their mattress topper for return. If you're unable to do so, please let us know at the time you request your return. We’ll be happy to explore alternate return options to best accommodate your situation.
